Bulgarian Recycling Association participated in the fifth edition of the Sofia Economic Forum, organized by the Delphic Economic Forum, which took place on January 20, 2025, at Sofia Hotel Balkan.
The Chairman of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Recycling Association, Mr. Borislav Malinov, participated in the panel “Is the Future Circular? Circular Economy as a Plan for Sustainable Growth”, where he presented innovative and successful business models in the circular economy, as well as the key role of the Association and the recycling sector in the transition to a circular economy.
The event brought together the political and economic elite of Bulgaria and the region of South-East Europe. The high-level meeting was attended by the most influential Bulgarian and international political, corporate and intellectual leaders to address the urgent challenges facing Bulgaria, Europe and the world.
Among the main topics were “Increasing the Economic Competitiveness of Bulgaria”, “The Role of Foreign Investment”, “Energy Potential of Southeastern Europe” and “Circular Economy”.
The aim of the event is to create a broad platform for dialogue and communication.
